Located in the south of China, bordering Vietnam, Yunnan province, Guizhou province, Hunan province, Guangdong province and The South China Sea, Guangxi is famous for its Karst peaks, meandering rivers, beaches and unique cultures exhibited through The Zhuang and many other minority people. Guangxi's famous limestone karsts make its scenery some of the most breathtaking in China. These stunning karsts and limestone formations occupy over half of the total area of Guangxi. Guangxi is a premier destination for outdoor adventurers and travelers in China. With great weather throughout the year we can organize activities for all four seasons.

Yangshuo, the home of Terratribes, is a small picturesque Chinese village situated on the banks of the Li River.  This rural and agricultural region is especially dominated by limestone karsts: steep tree covered mounds ranging from 100-300m high. Yangshuo makes the most of its natural beauty and caters well to travelers’ needs by offering a variety of adventurous activities such as rock climbing, caving, and bike riding and hiking. While maintaining its traditional laid-back feel, Yangshuo has a surprisingly large international community drawn by the traditional lifestyle, stunning environment and abundance of outdoor activities.

Longsheng is a mountainous region in northern Guangxi. The varied terrain includes bamboo covered hillsides next to rice terraces clinging to the sides of 800 meter peaks. It was one of the first areas to be settled in southern China, and still boasts a rich variety of minority cultures living traditionally today. The Longsheng area today has a population of less than 200,000 people, comprising mainly minority tribes including Zhuang and the Red Yao. Longsheng is great for those looking to see rural China by embarking on a scenic hike through the mountainous rice terraces.
