Terratribes just finished an exciting, fast paced adventure trip in the Yunnan province, where students had the opportunity to participate in both adventure and service activities. We kicked off the adventurous week with a hike through the famous Tiger Leaping Gorge, where students got to test their strength and stamina as well as observe local culture and the beautiful scenery.

 
The recently completed trip to the Xinjiang province was an enjoyable and exciting learning experience both for the students and the staff.  There are a variety of landscapes and cultures in Xinjiang, which made it possible to have unique experiences every day.  Activities included visiting museums, desert trekking, spending the night in a traditional Yurt in the mountains, and giving community service at a local school.
 

One of our latest trips was an educational adventure trip to Beijing. Our brave participants hailed from the Concordia International School in Shanghai, and were ages 12-13. The trip mixed the best of the city and the beautiful countryside outside of Beijing. The kids got the opportunity to learn a bit of the old way of farm life by working in a cornfield and turning corn into a delicious porridge that we enjoyed with our local cuisine for dinner.

Terratribes recently had the pleasure of running a fun and exciting corporate teambuilding trip here at our base camp in Yangshuo.

Participants started their adventure on a bicycle scavenger hunt around the beautiful Yangshuo countryside, where they had to work in smaller teams to follow clues and reach their goal. Our guides were available to ensure safety and a fun experience.
